What is included in your packages?

The Signature 2 Hour Espresso Bar Event includes:

Delivery, set-up and break-down of the mobile espresso cart.

One (1) Barista, espresso machine & fully equipped Roaming Spirits espresso cart. (<75 guests)

Unlimited service of selected menu for 2 hours. Extra hours can be added for an additional fee.

All consumables, locally roasted coffee, whole milk, almond milk, oat milk, ice, syrups & sauces.

Unbranded hot/cold cups.

Travel up to 50 miles round trip from 28105.

What events do you serve?

Our espresso carts can be booked for a wide range of hosted events. This includes corporate events, expos, weddings, retail activations, trunk shows, open-houses, bridal and baby showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, graduations, holiday parties and much more!

Do you Serve Decaf or Plant Milks?

Decaf Espresso is available as an upgrade

We include whole milk and a choice of either oat or almond milk.

Do you have minimum booking times & How far do you travel?

Yes, our packages have a minimum of 2-hours.

We travel throughout NC & SC. Travel fees apply to events more than 50 miles round trip from the Charlotte Metro Area.

Can my guests order any coffee drink?

Pre-selecting a menu for guests creates the best experience. We create your event menu with a variety of choices (espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and chai). You may select 3 seasonal/signature syrups or request a favorite for your event. All drinks are served with a hot and iced option.

Can you tell me more about branding & customization?

No two events are the same. When you request a proposal, our Chief Experience Officer will get to know you and your vision. We walk you through recommended enhancements and customization options to make your event truly one of kind. Have something special in mind? We are always open to new creative ideas. We have a network of amazing vendors who work with us to bring your vision to life.

Are there set-up requirements?

Yes, for each espresso machine/bar we require a dedicated 15-amp circuit. This will be discussed at the site visit.
