Every Roaming Spirits Coffee catering package includes La Marzocco espresso equipment, professional baristas, specialty espresso based drinks (espresso, choice of 3 seasonal lattes, cappuccinos, mocha and chai), setup, service, and complete teardown.
Enhancements include custom branded menus, cups, logo latte printing, custom cart panels, and bespoke drink menus designed for your event.
How far in advance should we book coffee catering in Charlotte?
Roaming Spirits Coffee recommends booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance for Charlotte events, during peak season from September through December and spring wedding season.
Our team is available to handle last minute booking requests as our schedule permits. Clients can contact us via text message to 704-608-1311 or call to inquire about availability.
For multi-day conferences or large-scale brand activations, 8 or more weeks is ideal. For full custom branding (cart wraps, printed cups and acrylic menu’s) we recommend 4 weeks lead time to avoid rush fees.
