Every corporate coffee catering package is customized based on your guest count, service time, location, event type, staffing needs, branding details, and menu selections.
Single-cart service is ideal for events up to 75 guests. Multiple carts scale to 1000+ guests with additional baristas and event staff.

Every Roaming Spirits Coffee catering package includes La Marzocco espresso equipment, professional baristas, specialty espresso based drinks (espresso, choice of 3 seasonal lattes, cappuccinos, mocha and chai), setup, service, and complete teardown.
Enhancements include custom branded menus, cups, logo latte printing, custom cart panels, and bespoke drink menus designed for your event.
Roaming Spirits Coffee recommends booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance for Charlotte events, during peak season from September through December and spring wedding season.

For multi-day conferences or large-scale brand activations, 8 or more weeks is ideal. For full custom branding (cart wraps, printed cups and acrylic menu’s) we recommend 4 weeks lead time to avoid rush fees.
