Honeywell Global Headquarters Town Hall

On June 29, 2026, Honeywell gathered 450 employees at its global headquarters in Charlotte for the town hall marking the completion of Honeywell’s Aerospace spin-off and the launch of Honeywell Technologies as an independent, publicly traded automation company. About 250 attended in the main conference room, and 200 more watched from viewing rooms through several floors of the building. Roaming Spirits Coffee set up two stations outside the town hall entry doors in the main event activation space. A fully branded espresso bar paired with our Ready to Drink (RTD) iced Bottled Latte Bar.

The setup

The espresso bar ran on dual La Marzocco machines, installed on a mobile bar with featuring Honeywell Technologies new branding on the front panel & Honeywell Technologies branded hot/cold cups.  Beside it, the RTD Bottled Latte Bar handled the iced orders. The custom-branded bars, cups and bottles produced by Roaming Spirits Coffee displayed the newly revealed Honeywell Technologies HT identity. The branded items were produced under strict NDA’s and revealed during the event.

• Bottled Coffee Bar (iced lattes): vanilla, pistachio or salted caramel, with whole or oat milk.
• Espresso Bar (hot): Americano, seasonal lattes, mochas and chai.

Built for a crowd that arrives at once

The town hall had a hard stop time, which means 250 guest will release into the reception space simultaneously creating a rush at the espresso bars.  The ready to drink (RTD) Bottled Latte Bar is built for that rush. Each iced latte is made to order with cold brew concentrate, then sealed into a branded bottle in front of the guest. Our baristas turned out 100 bottled lattes in 55 minutes, with no espresso line behind them.

Guests walked away with a sealed, branded bottle perfect to take back to their desks or continue networking after the event.  The dual machine hot espresso bar complimented the grab and go option.  Guests who preferred a hot latte beverage option experienced minimal wait times while receiving barista crafted made to order specialty coffee.  Roaming Spirits Coffee plans the coffee catering service around peak demand and guest flow not simply the headcount.
